Welcome to Appliance Care 24. By booking a service, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Scope

Appliance Care 24 provides out-of-warranty repair and maintenance services for home appliances such as Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Geysers, and related appliances.

We are an independent service provider and are not authorized, associated, or affiliated with any appliance brand unless explicitly stated.


2. Booking & Service Confirmation

  • Service requests can be made via website, phone call, WhatsApp, or booking form.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability and serviceability of your location.
  • Same-day or urgent services are best-effort and not guaranteed.

3. Inspection & Estimates

  • In many cases, an inspection/visiting charge may apply.
  • Repair estimates are provided after inspection.
  • Final cost may vary depending on fault severity, spare part availability, or additional issues found during repair.

4. Payments

  • Payment must be made after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, UPI, or other digital payment modes.
  • Prices once approved by the customer are non-negotiable.

5. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • Spare parts used may be OEM or compatible, depending on availability and customer preference.
  • Any warranty on spare parts or service is limited and specified on the invoice/job card.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, voltage fluctuation, or normal wear & tear.

6. Service Warranty Limitations

Service warranty (if applicable) is void if:

  • The appliance is handled by another technician after our service.
  • The appliance is misused, relocated, or tampered with.
  • Electrical issues such as voltage fluctuation cause damage.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers are requested to inform us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Last-minute cancellations after technician dispatch may attract a visiting charge.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance.
  • Provide correct address, contact number, and appliance details.
  • Ensure proper power supply and basic working conditions at the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Care 24 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, unavailability of spare parts, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Pre-existing issues not related to the reported complaint.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


10. Brand Disclaimer

All brand names, logos, and trademarks used on the website are for identification purposes only and belong to their respective owners.


11. Privacy

Customer data such as name, phone number, and address is used only for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the service.


12. Changes to Terms

Appliance Care 24 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
